Founding attorney Christopher Smith lives and practices in Santa Cruz County California. He practices civil law and specializes in establishing California Conservatorships and California Guardianships for clients throughout the state.
As a practicing attorney for over 48 years, he has had a number of clients for the same amount of years, retaining their trust and respect with his no-nonsense approach to resolving legal issues. His direct approach and successful results are welcome in the often verbose language of law practice.
Christopher Smith received his bachelor of science from University of California at Berkeley, and attained his juris doctor from the San Francisco Law School. He serves on several Boards throughout Santa Cruz County, and is an officer at the Rotary Club of Santa Cruz Sunrise.
Christpher is an active volunteer with the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office, assisting with the investigation of missing and unidentified persons and is a fully accredited member of the California Bar Association.
Associate attorney Eric P. Rozance specializes in estate planning and trust administration, as well as regulatory compliance matters. Eric attained his juris doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law and became a member of the California Bar Association in 2009. He received his bachelor of arts degree in philosophy and sociology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Prior to joining the Law Office of Christopher G. Smith, Eric was a regulatory advisor with the Phylmar Group, focusing on occupational safety and health and consumer product restricted substances regulation. Eric also currently serves as the Monterey County Parks Commissioner for the County’s 2nd District. He is an active volunteer in his community, enjoys coaching youth sports, and spending time with his family.
Daniel provides the attorneys in our Law Practice with reliable assistance and serves as a listening ear to our clients. He oversees the day-to-day office operations, calendaring, and client relations. He is a key part of our team when it comes to Estate Planning and Probate.
Daniel has over 10 years of customer service and office management experience. His duties include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, assisting Attorneys with filings, communicating with clients, Records Requests, and Document Management.
Ronnie Jo is a versatile and highly organized client communication specialist with 8 years in the legal field. She has excellent case management and interpersonal skills. Ronnie Jo is excellent in prioritizing and completing time sensitive tasks which is critical when dealing with the courts.
